Santa Rosa Junior College (SRJC) offers an established Animal & Equine Science Program through its Agriculture and Natural Resources Department. Shone Farm has historically provided students with access to cattle, sheep, and horses. Students have participated in practical activities including grooming, breeding, feeding, lambing, calving, marketing, record keeping, and facility maintenance.
