According to its website, Miracles was founded in 2006. The team page lists Chris Griffith as founder and executive director and as a registered PATH Intl. instructor. She originally taught lessons and ran daily operations herself, and between 2015 and 2018 the program added four part-time instructors and two horses.
The website says lessons are offered year-round in indoor and outdoor arenas. A 1-hour lesson includes 15 to 20 minutes of grooming and tacking followed by riding, while a 30-minute lesson is mainly riding. The instructor chooses western or English style, and newer riders may start on lead with a volunteer.

The team page lists several registered PATH Intl. instructors, including an occupational therapist who also holds hippotherapy certification. The website says hippotherapy is led by a physical therapist, occupational therapist or speech-language pathologist with additional training, and families should call to arrange it.
Volunteers help with grooming, tacking, leading and side-walking, as well as feeding and barn chores, Tuesday through Saturday. The center prefers volunteers age 14 or older.

How do we sign up for lessons?
The website asks new riders to complete the Participant Form and email it to miraclestrc@yahoo.com, then fill out the online Rider Information Form. For private lessons or hippotherapy, call (303) 883-4667.
How much do lessons cost?
