BINA Farm Center is a nonprofit equine-assisted services organization located in Sudbury, Massachusetts. Founded in 2009, BINA’s mission is to bring together people of all ages, both with and without disabilities, through clinical, therapeutic, recreational, agricultural, and vocational programs. By fostering an inclusive environment, the organization promotes personal growth, meaningful relationships, and lifelong learning through the healing connection between people and horses.
As a PATH International Member Center, BINA Farm Center provides adaptive horseback riding, recreational riding, equine-assisted therapies, agricultural education, and vocational opportunities. Programs are led by PATH International Certified Instructors, licensed therapists, and experienced staff who tailor services to each participant’s goals while promoting physical, emotional, cognitive, and social well-being.
About This Program
BINA Farm Center offers both Adaptive Riding (formerly known as therapeutic riding) and Recreational Riding in an inclusive setting where participants of all abilities learn together. Lessons include both mounted and unmounted activities, allowing participants to develop riding skills while learning horse grooming, feeding, stable management, and horsemanship. Every participant completes an initial consultation and evaluation to ensure placement in the program best suited to their individual needs and goals.
In addition to riding programs, BINA provides occupational and physical therapy utilizing equines (hippotherapy), equine-assisted mental health services, horsemanship classes, vocational training, agricultural education, summer programs, and community outreach. These programs help participants improve balance, coordination, communication, confidence, independence, responsibility, and social connections while fostering meaningful relationships with horses.

Facility and Setting
BINA Farm Center operates year-round from its accessible campus at 30 Field Road in Sudbury, Massachusetts. The facility includes riding arenas, horse barns, community gathering spaces, and agricultural learning areas that support adaptive riding, recreational riding, therapy, vocational education, and community programming. Adaptive riding services are also offered at the Karen Stives ’68 Equestrian Center at Dana Hall School in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
The center provides a welcoming environment where licensed therapists, PATH International Certified Instructors, trained volunteers, and carefully selected therapy horses work together to support participants of all ages and abilities. Visits are available by appointment to ensure participant privacy and safety.
