What Happened

The foundation's website thanks riders "for the decades we had together" and says its final task is to sell its physical assets to pay final bills and staff. It announced a cash-only farm and ranch sale for July 9 to 11, without giving a year. The organization filed a Form 990 for 2024 in June 2025, so the closure appears recent.

About the Former Program

According to its North Texas Giving Day profile, All Star offered therapeutic riding, hippotherapy with an occupational therapist and a physical therapist, and a veterans program called Armed Forces & Horses. The profile listed it as a PATH Intl. Premier Accredited Center with five PATH-certified instructors.

The same profile described a 35-acre property with a covered arena and 25 acres of trails, serving riders from age 2 to older adults, including people with autism, cerebral palsy, brain injury, developmental delays and stroke. ProPublica records show IRS tax exemption granted in 1997.
